You may need to update the email address that is linked to your Alleo account if your original address is no longer in use or you changed your email address/domain.
This is supported for users that sign in using Alleo Authentication (Alleo username and password). However, it is NOT supported for users that signed up via OAuth (e.g. Google or Microsoft authentication).
If you use Alleo Auth to sign into your account, follow these steps to update your email address.
Open "My Settings" under your user menu in the dashboard.
Scroll down to "Update your email address". Fill it out and save.
- You will receive an activation email to the new address. Click the link in the email and then your account email will be updated (no longer allowing the old to sign in).
